Gallery, one of the leaders in the outdoor advertising market in Russia and Ukraine, is pleased to announce that Dmitry Cheltsov has been appointed by the Board of Directors to the post of Chief Executive Officer with effect from 19 July 2010. Mr Cheltsov previously managed the operations business of TNT Express Worldwide Moscow and was General Manager of the logistics company Itella. Since 2000, Mr. Cheltsov has also been holding the post of Chairman of the Committee for Transport and Customs of the Association of European Business.

Anatoly Karyakin, who formerly held the post of Chief Executive Officer of Gallery, has been appointed to the post of President of Gallery. His responsibilities will include building the company’s external relations, coordination with local municipalities and positioning of Gallery in the market.

Oleg Tumanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gallery, commented as follows: “We are delighted to advise that Gallery has now received all necessary regulatory approvals for the implementation of the restructuring, including the approval of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in Russia, and the restructuring process is expected to complete within the next two weeks. We have appointed a CEO who will focus on developing the business of the company going forward. We are confident that, under Dmitry Cheltsov’s leadership of a highly professional team, Gallery will become the leading player in the advertising market, reinforce its reputation as a reliable partner and enlarge its footprint, products and service portfolio.”

Dmitry Cheltsov (49) graduated from the Military Kraznoznamenny Institute of the Ministry of Defense. He also got education at Warwick Business School in Great Britain and, prior to that, was educated at the Higher Commercial and Management School at the Russian Academy for External Trade.

From 1996 to 2006, he worked for TNT Express Worldwide Moscow, where from 1998 was responsible for operational management in Russian Federation. Following this, up to 2009, he was head of the Finnish company Itella in Russia.
